With the housing removed, you will see the overload protection and the relay connected directly to the compressor pins. In this specific mini-fridge, the overload protection (white component) is on top, and the relay (black component) is beneath it. Gently grab each component and wiggle it back and forth to detach it from the compressor pins. The components are push-fit, so they should come off with a firm but gentle pull. Be careful not to bend the compressor pins.
