Rinse Septic Chambers — Clean Up Equipment
Part of project
Septic Tank Pumping · Step 9 of 9
In this video
Once each chamber has been thoroughly pumped down and emptied of its main contents, rinse the interior surfaces with a water hose. Direct a strong stream of fresh water along the walls and bottom of the chambers, as well as any internal pipes or components, to dislodge any remaining solids, film, or residue. This step is important for a complete cleaning, helping to prevent future buildup, ensure the system's continued efficiency, and facilitate proper visual inspection.
