Step 2 · Disconnect the Water Supply Lines

This is the step people usually slow down on. Go finger-tight first, then a quarter turn. No rush — replay the clip whenever it helps.

Carefully disconnect the water supply lines from the old faucet using an adjustable wrench. Place a bucket or towel underneath to catch any drips. If the nuts are stubborn, try using penetrating oil.
