Step 3 · Remove the Old Faucet

This is the step most people slow down on. Take it one move at a time — there’s no rush, and you can rewind the clip as many times as you need.

Now, it's time to remove the old faucet. Usually, this involves removing mounting nuts located under the sink. A basin wrench is often helpful for accessing these nuts. Different faucet types may require additional tools like screwdrivers. Once the nuts are removed, carefully lift the faucet out of the sink.
