Step 7 · Leak Test Refrigerant Lines
After charging the system with refrigerant, use a leak detector (electronic or soap bubble method) to thoroughly check all refrigerant line connections, joints, and service ports for any signs of refrigerant leaks. Repair any leaks found before proceeding.
